This coffee cake recipe is so easy to make, so easy in fact that before you know it, you coffee lovers will be sitting down to a nice cup of Vanilla coffee and a yummy piece of coffee cake.
Coffee Cake Ingredients:
2 teaspoons instant coffee (mix in a ½ cup of hot water)
2 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
125 g butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup of sugar

To prepare the coffee cake, begin by combining the butter and sugar. Remember to mix it well with an electric hand mixer. Add the eggs one at a time, mix and beat well.
