With so many American celebrations on the yearly calendar who couldn’t ask for a better piece of clip art than patriotic stars to decorate your windows with. With these red, white and blue shooting stars they will make passers by stop and wonder where you got these cute stickers from.

Although this shooting star design is small you can still use these patriotic stars as a decorative border. They can easily go around the edge of  your window or you can scattered across the window for your next American celebration.

To make your windows look spectacular you can have them looking all American and patriotic in no time at all. For this cute patriotic stars project you’ll need, some transparent sticker paper for your printer, a pair of scissors, window cleaner and a cloth.Having collected all your supplies start by giving the windows a good clean. I know it means cleaning or housework but if you want the patriotic stars to stick and not peel, you have cleaning to do

Now that the cleaning is done and the windows are clean we can start the fun part. O.k, go ahead and download the patriotic stars to your computer. This should only take a few seconds and while you’re waiting for it to download you can be warming up the printer and change over the paper.

If you want more than one patriotic stars decal you can open the PNG file in a Microsoft document and copy and paste until you have a sheet of patriotic stars that is formatted and ready to print.

All that you need to do is set your printer to print color and watch the patriotic stars print our perfectly. It might be a good idea to handle the patriotic stars carefully until the ink has set properly. Once they’re dry you can cut around the outside of the stars in what ever shape you like. It doesn’t have to be perfect just as long as you don’t cut into the stars.

Just make sure the window is dust free that you cleaned earlier and start sticking the patriotic stars to glass in a patterned border design or however you like. All that’s left to do is stand back and admire your patriotic stars on your windows.
