American Flag clip art stickers are a lot of fun to make. Just think you can stick them to all of your favorite sporting goods. Why not stick them to your bike or roller blades or how about to your skates or skateboard. With a torn edge look to this American Flag clip art sticker it will set your wheels apart.
To make your wheels look all American, it’s not going to be expensive and you can make it at home with or without your friends. Getting started is the easy part. Just click on the American Flag clip art stickers graphic and choose “Save As” to download it to your desktop.
Now wasn’t that easy! The next thing to do is to ask if there is any (clear) sticker paper that you can use. If you don’t have clear, white sticker paper will do. White sticker paper is not waterproof so if gets wet you might need to print off new stickers after a while.
If you want a big sticker you can print the American Flag clip art stickers directly from the download in full color. When you go to print don’t forget to pop your transparent sticker paper into the printer. To make the American Flag smaller you should be able to make it smaller in the print options before printing the flag.
Having printed the clip art stickers leave the ink to dry and collect the item or items you would like to stick the American Flag clip art stickers to. If they have any dirt or dust on them just use a damp cloth to clean off the surface.
Once the ink has dried the clipart sticker is ready to be trimmed down to size. Carefully cut around the American flag making sure that you don’t cut into the vector image.
Tip: It might be easier if you leave a 5mm border around the flag as it will make it easier to cut out. Child safe scissors should be used.
This is the fun part grab your skates, skateboard or what ever you have in mind and lay them down somewhere clean. The floor is not a good idea if you have a cat or a dog. A furry American clip art sticker won’t look very cool.
Just choose where you want the American Flag clip art stickers to go, peel the backing off and gently stick down the flag starting from one corner and pressing down firmly as you go. Viola!
Don’t your things look really cool! Now that you’re finished this fun project just clean up after yourself and go and show mum or dad your cool American Flag clip art sticker project.
