Be My Valentine Label

Maybe you have a family recipe for cookies that has been passed down for generations or maybe you would like a fresh idea like gourmet coffee cookies. What ever the case may be, put on your baking apron and make gourmet cookies that will melt in your Valentines mouth.
Before baking add a nice romantic twist to the cookies by cutting them into the shape of hearts with a heart shaped cookie cutter. Heart shaped cookies are a novel idea but they do add to the surprise on Valentines Day.
Once the gourmet cookies are baked set them aside to cool on cooling racks. While the gourmet delights are cooling and firming up you can think about your creative packaging ideas. If you’re looking for maximum effect and little cost cellophane, ribbon, free Valentine clip art and adhesive paper to print on would be enough supplies to make your creative packaging pop.
Cut a large enough square of cellophane to hold the gourmet cookies. Stack the cookies in the middle of the cellophane however you like. Just make sure the gourmet cookies are facing the right side up for maximum appeal. Grab the four corners of the cellophane and bring them to a point, now with your other hand slide it down the cellophane until you’re slightly above the cookies.
Tighten your hand so it brings the cellophane together and the gourmet cookies should look firmly packed. Tie your ribbon around the cellophane to secure the package and so the cookies will stay fresh. You can arrange the top of the cellophane however you like and if it’s too long you can trim it down to size.
To finish off your creative packaging download the Valentine clip art image and save it to your desktop. Saving the PNG to your desktop will make it easier for you to find and can print the valentine clipart directly onto adhesive paper. Cut around the valentine label and stick it to the front of your gift.
